Rahul Mehta, founder of Great Southern Think Tank, believes that world wide and regional changes should be identified, accepted and strategically used. Rather than desperately preserving the conditions that were, why not create conditions today that will give you the future you want tomorrow?
As a current small business owner, former public servant, qualified manager & lecturer, and service provider to a number of industries, he believes he has gained a good perspective on all things management, media and mindset.
Having worked overseas and in Australia for over thirty years with a variety of stakeholders ranging from politics to art, he has witnessed a lot of projects succeed or fail (including the Berlin Wall).
Rahul is always happy to catch up with someone he hasn't met yet, so feel free to contact him - it doesn't cost anything!
If it's fun, it works!
Q: So what makes the big difference?
A: Using an effective system. Successful outcomes, whether personal, private or business, happen in five stages:
1.) Acquiring a growth mindset and a determination to overcome setbacks.
2.) Clear aim identification and role definition.
3.) Having a strategy and perspective that work in the real world despite all the distractions. Manage human, physical and financial aspects, or get help with them. If the task is too big, turn it into several small tasks.
4.) Creating positive attention through easy to access content (audio/video) and personal networking opportunities. Communicating and demonstrating value.
5.) Taking the project one step further before someone else does so without you.
